Our staff have focus their careers on creating and maintaining organizations' key application software in the public and private sectors.  This includes project management, system analysis, requirements definition, design, construction, integration, testing, acceptance, and deployment using object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) and object-oriented programming (OOP).  We develop business systems with innovative methodologies and technologies for our clients.  Our development teams have extensive experience in developing application software for Mobile, Web, E-Commerce, Client/Server, and Mainframe technical environments.

Process Improvement

We utilize the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) process improvement framework to achieve our client process improvement objectives.  Analyze our client processes, policies, and procedures.  Create new processes and modify existing processes to meet their objectives.  Document and standardize processes across their site.  Implement best practices for their industry.  Develop audit procedures, checklists, and schedules.  Perform audits and suggest improvements for processes.  Develop metrics to monitor processes and pro-actively take corrective action.  The results of these efforts will produce a best in class environment for our client.

Project Management

Our project managers develop the project charter, define scope, identify milestones, and receive stakeholders’ approval to proceed.  Generate Project Management Plan.  Identify and document project constraints, issues, and risks.   Monitor project risks and mitigate where possible.  Determine project tasks for work breakdown structure.  Decide composition of project team and assign tasks.  Create project schedule.  Manage and direct team members during project execution.  Determine the quality control processes.  Ensure deliverables meet the stakeholders’ expectations, quality standards, and the project scope is satisfied.  Create lessons learned and close project.
