Create new processes and modify existing processes to meet their objectives. Document and standardize processes across their site. Implement best practices for their industry. Develop audit procedures, checklists, and schedules. Perform audits and suggest improvements for processes. Develop metrics to monitor processes and pro-actively take corrective action.
